To date in the year 2006, Jan has personally sold over $6,200,000 in commercial real estate which totals over $340,000 in Adjusted Closed Gross Commissions and for her efforts thus far has received two Circle o Distinction Gold Level Award at the Global Awards & Recognition Ceremony while attending the 2005 & 2006 Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Commercial Conference in Kissimmee, Florida. Jan is currently a CCIM Candidate in the process of receiving her CCIM designation.
A native of Tulare, California and then moved to Alaska for 30 years, becoming a graduate of Alaska University, Lazarus has earned other honors, including top commercial sales associate 1998-2001. She is also an active member of Tulare Chamber of Commerce.
